Crown had constructed a new 8000 sf detail and wash bay and contracted TCF West to install a non slip flooring that would protect the concrete from water and chemical damage. We used a ‘damp primer’ that allowed us to install the system while the concrete was still above 4% moisture content and broadcast a traction additive into it. Then, the system was sealed with a high performing Polyaspartic resin, that is UV stable, highly abrasion resistant and cures in 3 hours for foot traffic.
