TRU PC Polishable Topping: The Wood

The original intent on this project was to polish the existing concrete. However, after floor demo, it was clear that the floor would not meet the design intent of the client. We were called on to offer a solution and CTS Cement’s Tru PC became the perfect template to help deliver the finished floor.

There was considerable concrete repair required before the topping could be poured. After pouring, we began the polishing, dying and architectural cuts.Then architect had specified relief cuts to match up with a unique layout comprised of ‘dyed triangles’. The challenge here was to ensure crisp straight lines, while spraying adjoining areas. Not for the faint of heart! However, we feel the outcome is awesome!
