Weston Bakeries

Weston Bakeries decided to upgrade some of the existing flooring to newer, more robust floors to withstand the heavy physical impact that the floors were enduring. The challenge for our team was that we had only one day to remove existing flooring and replace with new, before the facility needs to renew operations! So, we employed a couple of our powerful 480 volt concrete planers and removed 1/2″ of old floors (approximately 2000 sf in 4 hours) and after lunch would trowel in 1/2″ of Polyurethane Cement. These robust systems are self sealing and are ready for operations in less than 24 hours!
