PCL: Hillsborough House

The existing waterproofing membrane had seen better days and part of a ‘refresh’ by the owner, involved adding several new coats of Sika’s 3900 Traffic system. The architect had a vision of 4 different colours of membrane in a unique layout. It was then left to the talented crew at TCF West to do the layouts , line taping and application. The result is one of the most unique examples of a traffic membrane we have ever installed!
