With over 300,000 square feet of rubber flooring requiring a very flat and smooth surface, TCF West was called upon to use all of it’s unique talents to carry out this difficult project.

The Process

Using grinders, planers and scarifiers; excess concrete was removed. The floors were then poured with a specialized pump using Ardex K15 and V1200. On some occasions , pour sizes were close to 15,000 square feet (varying from a feather edge to 1.25 “), weaving in and out of rooms and hallways. For the customer, receiving the Ardex “Level Master 10 Year Warranty”, was a critical choice in choosing us as the subcontractor. This unique warranty gives the owner re-assurance that the floors will be prepared exactly as per manufacturers directions, with no deviations.
